Are Gas Shortages Good for Us?

Supposedly, the environment is the top issue on Canadians' minds.

So when Petro Canada gas stations in Ontario run out of gas, why aren't Canadians cheering?

Oh right... we'll fight global warming only if others have to suffer more than us.
