Tax cuts are good, but there's a general rule about spending in modern government: it never goes down. Once the federal government spends this much, it will only go up from here.
I also worry giving the provinces more money. As much as I favour power to the provinces, I also know that equalization can make governments lazier. This budget won't get provincial governments to focus on growth.
